It looks like it has already lived a few lives, and it probably has a few more left in it. An old Land Rover sits half-swallowed by the brush, pointed toward the road as if someone parked it there yesterday and might return at any moment. Behind it, the mountains make the whole scene feel less like abandonment and more like retirement — not done, just no longer in a hurry.
