The tracks come at you hard, perfectly centered, then quietly bend away into the valley. Everything else fights for the frame—the poles, the wires, the crossing, the road, the mountains, even the weather—but those rails refuse to let your eye wander for long.
They pull you straight through all of it.
And just when the photograph has you convinced it knows exactly where it’s going, the tracks curve.
